About

Bryan F. Docobo

Founder & Managing Attorney

Bryan F. Docobo has practiced law in Florida since 2008. The work is transactional at its core — real estate closings and title, business deals and contracts, estate planning for Florida families, and injury claims. His clients are individuals, families, investors, and business owners, often the same people at different points in their lives.

Before founding the firm, Bryan gained valuable experience from multiple perspectives. He has extensive trial experience as a former public defender, where he handled hundreds of cases in court. He also served as in-house corporate counsel, advising a private company on contracts, risk management, and day-to-day legal matters. These experiences shape how he approaches every client matter — with practical judgment, real-world perspective, and a focus on efficient solutions.

The range is deliberate. These areas overlap constantly. A property purchase raises a question about how title should be held. An operating agreement raises a question about what happens when a partner dies. A trust is only as good as whether the deeds were ever actually changed. When one firm handles all of it, those connections get caught while they are still inexpensive to fix.

Bryan earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center in 2007, where he attended on a full Goodwin Scholarship. He completed his undergraduate work at Florida State University in 2004. The firm is based in Coral Springs and serves clients throughout Florida.

Outside the practice, Bryan is the founder and director of the Coats Plus Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization working to advance gene therapy research for Coats Plus Syndrome, a rare telomere biology disorder.
